The Forum’s Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 48 elite-level in-house counsel and private practice lawyers with significant experience in private fund formation, operations and governance from across the United States and Canada. The goal is to foster a community of leading experts who are willing to collaboratively examine and resolve the complex challenges they face today.
