Cambridge Forum on U.K. Group Litigation & Mass Claims

The Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 48 distinguished U.K. litigators and a complement of leading service providers. Representation is equally balanced between those doing defense and claimant work. Participants are nominated based on the breadth of their experience and sophistication in leading group litigation & mass damages claims. This Forum  provides an opportunity to discuss pressing issues, learn how others address these topics, and identify solutions in a collegial, thought-provoking environment.

Cambridge Forum on Canadian Class Actions 1st Generation

February 7 - 9, 2027 Montréal, QC

The Forum is an annual gathering for up to 48 distinguished litigators from across Canada, each of whom has been personally selected by the Steering Committee to receive an invitation based on the breadth of their experience and specialization in resolving class action disputes. The value is found in the mix of representation from both the defendant and plaintiff sides of the bar. Participants can build rapport and stronger relationships with those they would likely work with, or against, on cases. All those invited have over 20 years of relevant experience.

Cambridge Forum on Canadian Class Actions 2nd Generation

February 21 - 23, 2027 Cambridge, ON

The Forum  is an annual meeting for up to 52 distinguished litigators from across Canada, each of whom has been personally identified by the Steering Committee based on the breadth of their experience and specialization in resolving class action disputes. The group includes a balance of representatives for both the defendants and plaintiffs. All participants have 10 - 20 years of experience. 

Cambridge Forum on Consumer Protection Litigation – Plaintiffs’ Bar

February 24 - 26, 2027 Santa Fe, NM

Established in 2019, the Forum is an annual meeting for a select group of up to 48 leading Plaintiffs’ lawyers and not-for-profit representatives who specialize in consumer protection litigation matters.

This Forum provides an opportunity to discuss pressing issues, learn how others address these topics, and identify solutions in a collegial, thought-provoking environment.
