Forum Overview

The Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 48 distinguished U.K. litigators and a complement of leading service providers. Representation is equally balanced between those doing defense and claimant work. Participants are nominated based on the breadth of their experience and sophistication in leading group litigation & mass damages claims. This Forum  provides an opportunity to discuss pressing issues, learn how others address these topics, and identify solutions in a collegial, thought-provoking environment.

Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group explores common concerns and engages in meaningful dialogue on the most noteworthy and provocative matters of the day.

2027 Steering Committee

This elite group, comprised of experts in the field, personally nominates all invitees and develops the Agenda, which forms the basis of our discussions.
