At this highly interactive private roundtable, both the formal sessions and informal networking time present rare opportunities to learn from distinguished peers, share ideas, and participate in high-level discussions in a collegial, thought-provoking environment.
Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group identifies trends and developments in their varied jurisdictions for meaningful dialogue on the most interesting and provocative issues of the day.

Camilla Baldwin is the Founding Partner of Camilla Baldwin. Camilla is a distinguished London-based international family lawyer renowned for her expertise with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Specialising in all aspects of family law, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, and child-related disputes, Camilla is celebrated for her empathetic approach and exceptional diligence. She founded Camilla Baldwin Ltd. in 2005, driven by her commitment to achieving outstanding results.
A Cambridge University alumna and former judge, alongside her practice, Camilla is deeply committed to improving access to justice. Camilla founded Not Beyond Redemption in 2020, a charity providing pro bono legal advice to mothers in prison and continuing to support them until their children reach adulthood.
Camilla is also an active contributor to the global legal community. She was a member of the Cambridge Forum’s steering committee for the Forum on International Wealth Disputes for many years, and, for the past three years, she has co-chaired the Cambridge Forum on International High-Net-Worth Family Law, an elite group of divorce lawyers acting for HNW individuals from all over the world. Camilla is widely recognised as one of the leading family lawyers in the field. She is ranked Top Flight again in the Spear’s Family Lawyers Index 2026 and is also recognised in Tatler’s Little Black Book.
Committee Members
Karon is a founding partner of Bales Beall LLP whose experience speaks for itself. Her practice is centred on family law, wills and estate issues. Her experience in trial and appellate advocacy in family law and estate matters is extensive, particularly with those involving partnerships, business corporations and commercial issues. Karon also provides sound guidance with estate administration and planning, domestic and off-shore trusts, and succession planning for owners of family businesses. Her expertise also extends to mediation, as she’s been conducting private mediations for over 10 years in the areas of family law and estate litigation – most often for cases where those two areas of the law intersect. Karon’s passion and dedication shine through her work. She’s been listed in Best Lawyers – Canada (the oldest and most respected peer review publication in the legal profession) since 2006.
Sheridan Emerson is a partner at Pearson Emerson and an accredited family law specialist, consistently recognised as one of Australia's leading family lawyers. She is listed as a pre-eminent family lawyer in Doyle's 2026 Guide and is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. With a background in commercial litigation in Sydney and London, Sheridan brings a strategic, commercially-minded approach to complex, high-value family law matters.
Forum Director
Jessica has a Bachelor’s Degree from McMaster University in Art History, Criticism and Conservation. A seasoned event and marketing manager, she has executed live engagements globally in the legal, technology, financial, not-for-profit and consumer products industries for many of the world’s leading organizations.
Prior to joining Cambridge Forums, Jessica worked in conference management, specializing in executive events for C-Suite executives, Board members and VIP clients. A fluid communicator, Jessica utilizes her leadership skills and passion for creating flawless participant experiences as a Forum Director, focusing on programs in private wealth and antitrust. A food & wine aficionado, Jessica is also accredited with the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 Award in Wine & Spirits.
When she’s out of the office, Jessica enjoys hot yoga, skiing and travel.
Manuela holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Event Planning from Ryerson University. She has led a successful career in the continuing education field as an Event Planner/Coordinator, using her multifaceted skill set to pull together hundreds of events and manage her own firm. Outside of the office, Manuela is a proud mother of three daughters and enjoys travelling and exploring new sights.
