The Steering Committee welcomes a small and international group of up to 48 preeminent family law lawyers for HNW & UHNW clients. It is a highly interactive private roundtable both the formal sessions and informal networking time present a rare opportunity to learn from distinguished peers, share ideas, and participate in high-level discussions.
Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group identifies trends and developments in their varied jurisdictions for meaningful dialogue on the most interesting and provocative issues of the day.

Camilla Baldwin is one of the most experienced and highly regarded London-based international family lawyers, with a focus on HNW and UHNW clients. She has a track record of success across many complex cases involving cross border litigation, landed estates, trust structures and private businesses, recently negotiating a particularly favourable settlement in a significant case for a multi-billionaire international businessman. Renowned for her energy, experience and exceptional diligence, Camilla is driven by achieving outstanding results for her clients, a spirit and approach that is at the core of her award-winning boutique Mayfair practice, Camilla Baldwin Solicitors. Camilla is also the founder of Not Beyond Redemption, a charity providing free legal advice to mothers in prison and their families.

Karon is a founding partner of Bales Beall LLP whose experience speaks for itself. Her practice is centred on family law, wills and estate issues. Her experience in trial and appellate advocacy in family law and estate matters is extensive, particularly with those involving partnerships, business corporations and commercial issues. Karon also provides sound guidance with estate administration and planning, domestic and off-shore trusts, and succession planning for owners of family businesses. Her expertise also extends to mediation, as she’s been conducting private mediations for over 10 years in the areas of family law and estate litigation – most often for cases where those two areas of the law intersect. Karon’s passion and dedication shine through her work. She’s been listed in Best Lawyers – Canada (the oldest and most respected peer review publication in the legal profession) since 2006.

Kristina is a graduate of the University of Toronto and is accredited as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), a globally recognized badge of excellence in the meeting and event industry.
Prior to joining Cambridge Forums, Kristina worked for the Toronto International Film Festival where she successfully planned and hosted events for high-level donors, corporate clients and film stars.
Outside the office, Kristina is passionate about learning new things, being outdoors, trying new cuisines and exploring the world one country at a time.
