This distinguished group will consist of senior-level in-house counsel and seasoned executives from top fund sponsors, institutional investors, select family offices, and sports-related organizations, as well as a curated group of elite private practice lawyers who advise them.
Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group identifies trends and developments in their varied jurisdictions for meaningful dialogue on the most interesting and provocative issues of the day.

Zach Zimmerman has worked in investment banking for over 10 years and is currently an executive director at Moelis & Co. where he works in the media, sports & entertainment practice with a primary focus on advising clients across the global sports eco-system. He has worked on several landmark transactions including Todd Boehly and Clearlake’s acquisition of Chelsea Football FC, the record breaking sales of the Phoenix Suns and Mercury and Angel City FC as well as the sale of WWE to UFC and Endeavor. Prior to Moelis, Zach worked at Greenhill & Co and Barclays.
He served in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman from 2006-2010, which included deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and is a graduate of the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
