As Dana-Farber's Chief Compliance Officer, Helenmarie Blake, Esq., leads enterprise-wide compliance, ethics, and privacy programs with a focus on integrity, accountability, and regulatory excellence. In this role, Blake focuses on ensuring that Dana-Farber meets the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, thereby supporting the Institute’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and to conduct groundbreaking research. She works collaboratively with clinical, research, and administrative leaders to embed a culture of compliance throughout the Institute.
With over two decades of experience in healthcare, technology, and privacy law, Blake has built and led compliance and privacy programs for complex, high-performing organizations from academic medical centers to global emergency medical service providers. Her approach is rooted in fostering a culture of strategic insight, operational rigor, transparency, and ethical leadership.




Jean is a seasoned chief legal, compliance and privacy officer with extensive experience in program design, risk assessment, and breach investigation. Most recently Jean served as Assistant General Counsel, HIPAA Privacy Officer with Microsoft Corporation in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where she was the senior health privacy attorney in the Privacy and Regulatory division of the legal department.
Immediately prior to Microsoft, Jean was the Vice President, Chief Legal, Privacy, Compliance and; Data Protection Officer for Nuance Communications. In this role she led the Nuance core compliance and privacy programs and directed the next-generation privacy strategy foundational to their data-driven AI technology products.
Jean has a record of success in developing and implementing programs that elevate employee knowledge, enhance organizational compliance, and leverage diverse data sets to meet business objectives. Her expertise reflects work with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels across highly regulated industries. She provides the clear, concise advice that empowers senior leaders to make critical decisions.





Forum Directors

Brenna joins Cambridge Forums with 20 years of experience in events, fundraising, and development. She has spent most of her career in the music industry, working for the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, overseeing the planning of high-profile events like the JUNO awards. Most recently, she launched a successful national advocacy campaign for the live music sector resulting in significant relief funding from the federal government.
Her early career involved raising funds and executing events for non-profit organizations and foundations, including the University of Toronto and the Ireland Fund of Canada. Brenna looks forward to her role as Forum Director to blend her experience and passion for bringing people together and fostering meaningful connections.
She is a mother of two, a fitness enthusiast, and is best known for her sense of humour.

Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Queen’s University. Since joining Cambridge Forums in 2020, she has developed and overseen specialized forums for elite senior professionals navigating complex regulatory landscapes and advancing responsible business practices. Prior to Cambridge Forums, Emily spent a decade as an event manager, orchestrating high-profile fundraisers in Toronto and managing destination weddings worldwide. Her extensive expertise in relationship management and event logistics has been key to delivering exceptional participant experiences. Outside of work, Emily enjoys traveling in search of the ultimate live music experiences, the best ski conditions, world-class golf courses, and exquisite cuisines and wines.
