Forum Overview

Dates: April 30 - May 2, 2025

Location: Charleston, SC

The Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 48 preeminent fiduciary litigators from across the United States. Each participant specializes in assisting HNW and UHNW clients in resolving disputes relating to their estates. This Forum provides an opportunity to explore common concerns, exchange ideas and resolve challenges faced on behalf of these clients.

 

Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group identifies trends and developments in their varied jurisdictions for meaningful dialogue on the most interesting and provocative issues of the day.

The Forum is a roundtable discussion event at the highest level in our professional area. Highly experienced attorneys actively discuss some of the most interesting and cutting edge issues in one practice area, with a peer discussion leader who sets up the issues and helps keep the ball rolling. However, there is never any lack of discussion in these respectful and spirited exchanges. These meetings really help get your blood flowing and will probably remind you again and again why you love your practice. The viewpoints from around the country are also key.
