Forum Overview

Dates: December 1 - 3, 2025

Location: Cambridge, ON

The Steering Committee welcomes a select group of up to 48 highly experienced litigators, from leading law firms, to meet and discuss common issues and trends in Canadian securities disputes. This Forum provides an opportunity to discuss pressing issues, learn how others address these topics, and identify solutions in a collegial, thought-provoking environment.

 

Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group explores common concerns and engages in meaningful dialogue on the most noteworthy and provocative matters in securities litigation.
