Forum Overview

The Forum is a private gathering of up to 48 senior lawyers, in-house and private practice, who are well versed in defending financial institutions against consumer claims. Participants are personally selected from major financial services companies and law firms across the United States to meet and discuss the most pressing issues they face today.



Using candid, peer-driven discussion, this annual Forum explores key trends and developments in the evolving enforcement environment and emerging litigation risks.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys traveling in search of the ultimate live music experiences, the best ski conditions, world-class golf courses, and exquisite cuisines and wines.
