Forum Overview
Dates: February 22 - 24, 2026
Location: Banff, AB
The Forum is an annual meeting for up to 52 distinguished litigators from across Canada, each of whom has been selected based on their experience and specialization in resolving class action disputes. The group includes a balance of representatives from both the defendant and plaintiff sides. All participants will be invited by a member of the Steering Committee and will have 10 - 20 years of experience.
Using candid, seminar-style discussion, the group identifies pressing issues, learns how others address these problems and identifies solutions. This in turn deepens relationships amongst peers and fosters a more collegial bar.
